Anyone who wants a better workflow when managing projects can use BuildProHub — from small contractors to large construction firms.
Is BuildProHub cloud-based, or does it require installation?
This is a fully cloud-based platform. No installation required.
Can BuildProHub be customized for my company’s workflow?
There are some limited customization options, but enterprise accounts have the greatest flexibility and customization features.
What makes BuildProHub different from other project management tools like Procore or Buildertrend?
BuildProHub was built with the project manager in mind. It focuses on making the workflow simple, intuitive, and time-saving.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time.
Do you offer annual pricing or bulk discounts for teams?
Currently, we only offer month-to-month plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and use Stripe as our payment processor.
Is there a free trial available?

How many team members can I add to a project?
Starter Plan: 1 team member
Pro Plan: 5 team members
Business Plan: 5 team members per user on your account.
Can I assign different permissions or access levels for team members?
Yes. You can assign users as Technicians, Subcontractors, Customers, or External Viewers, each with different access levels.
Is there a way to invite clients or subcontractors to view progress without full access?
Yes. You can invite clients or subcontractors as External Users with limited view permissions.

What tools are included in BuildProHub?

Can I store and share files securely within a project?
Yes, file storage and sharing are available on Pro and Business plans, and all files are stored securely.
Does BuildProHub include scheduling or timeline tracking?
Yes, it includes task and milestone management tools that help you visualize your project schedule.
Can I track budgets, invoices, and expenses in BuildProHub?
Yes. Each project includes an Expenses & Budget tab to manage financial details.
Does the system integrate with tools like QuickBooks or Google Drive?
Not at this time, but Google Drive integration is in development.

How secure is my project data?
We make every effort to protect your data using modern encryption and secure server environments.
Where is my data stored, and is it backed up regularly?
Your data is stored on servers located in the United States and backed up daily.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
Your data will be removed and permanently deleted from our system after cancellation.

We offer email support for all plans. Enterprise accounts may have additional support options.

Onboarding and training are currently available only for Enterprise accounts.

Yes, our knowledge base is currently in development and will be available soon.
How long does it take to get my company set up on BuildProHub?
Starter, Basic, and Business accounts can be set up in minutes. Enterprise account setup times vary based on customization.
📱 Technical & Access
Does BuildProHub work on mobile devices?
Yes, BuildProHub is fully mobile responsive. However, project management tools are best used on desktop.
What browsers are supported?
Safari and Chrome are fully supported. Other modern browsers may also work.
Do I need to install any software or plugins?
No installation or plugins are needed. Everything runs in your browser.
Can I export my data or reports?
Yes, each project includes reporting tools. You can also generate PDFs from reports.
